As a national organization with a local
presence in the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and San Francisco Bay areas, we offer a unique combination of
personal, local care combined with one of the nation’s
largest and most comprehensive pools of available egg
donors. For egg donors, this translates into more comprehensive
care and less travel. For intended parents, you will have
the advantage of a local case manger combined with access
to a larger database of potential donors. |
Each of our egg donors are carefully screened and counseled
as to her roles and obligations as an egg donor. The donors
who choose to work through our agency are personally interviewed
and thoroughly informed of the processes, both medical and legal,
that are required of this commitment before they proceed. There
are many issues to consider for all parties concerned, and it
is our role to make these issues and their possible conclusions
as clear as possible.
The egg donation process and those who choose to take part in
it are directly responsible for countless happy endings; however
taking those first few steps can be daunting. Please know that

Donna Raidy, our Director of Case Management, manages our matches in Orange County, San Diego and the Inland Empire. She also facilitates matches with our international egg donor recipients. Donna comes to us with over 20 years experience in business management. Donna has been a long time advocate for children’s rights and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the dependant care system. Donna’s love for family and children coupled with her extensive management experience is a unique blend that gives her the ability to compassionately guide intended parents and donors through the remarkable journey of egg donation. |

a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado. Kelli joins us from Colorado,
bringing her education as well as her broad and extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Kelli feels honored
and fortunate to use the unique combination of her education and work experience to assist intended parents and donors through

Arika Avedano, our Senior Case Manager for San Francisco, North Bay, Sacramento, and Nevada, has worked extensively in both the medical and third-party reproductive fields. She has experience assisting ovum donors, intended parents and surrogates in all capacities of the egg donation and surrogacy process. Arika's exceptional communication skills and commitment to professionalism guide our clients through the remarkable experience of egg donation and surrogacy with compassion and efficiency. Brandy Keegan, our Case Manager for the San Francisco Bay Area, has over 8 years of experience in the health care field. Because of her passion for helping people, Brandy is drawn to this type of occupation. With previous experience in the dialysis field, she chose to explore other avenues in the medical field, and today provides service in the fertility industry. Brandy works diligently with recipients and donors to be sure that all parties are fully informed of the process and understand their commitments throughout. She finds joy in working with couples in their journey to create a family.
