Each of our egg donors are carefully counseled as to their
roles and obligations as an egg donor and screened on
many different topics and criteria. The donors who choose to work through
The Donor SOURCE are personally interviewed and thoroughly
informed of the processes, both medical and legal, that
are required of this commitment before proceeding. There
are many issues to consider for the parties concerned,
and it is our role to make these issues and their potential
conclusions as clear as possible.
The egg donation process and those who choose to take
part in it are directly responsible for countless happy

Renee Koon, our Senior Case Manager for NE Region (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, etc) and SE Region (Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, etc), comes to us with over 18 years of clinical experience and has attended numerous educational seminars on egg donation. She has worked extensively in third party reproduction assisting ovum donors and intended parents in all capacities of the egg donation process. Renee’s past experience in directing and managing a donor agency gives her the ability to guide intended parents through an amazing process with genuine compassion and dedication to all parties involved.
